Since March 6, 2010 Aikido Club Slavia organize Aikido trainings for all busy people who have not possibility to participate in regular trainings, as well as for those who would like to have one more additional training. This training is an advantage for all busy people who have possibility to practice just one day during the week. The trainings are common and could be visited by people of all ages every Saturday from 9h. to 10.30h. The fee per training is BGN 10. The aim of these trainings is to present the ladies Aikido philosophy and techniques, as well as their application in professional and personal life. These trainings are suitable for ladies of all ages and follows an individual plan for mastering. The trainings will take place every Saturday from 10.30h. to 12.00h. The fee per training is BGN 10.
